In close coordination with the NGO, we developed a gamification concept that makes activism tangible and approachable through level-ups, badges, and team challenges. The visual interface (UI) translates Sea Shepherd's well-known, uncompromising brand identity into a modern, inviting app environment that encourages daily use. Thanks to our precise coding, the platform runs stably across platforms, so that playful environmental protection is seamlessly integrated into users' daily lives.
