For established pharmaceutical brands like Weber & Weber, having their own online shop is now a key lever to interact directly with end consumers and unlock new sales potential. To fully exploit this potential, sales and marketing processes in the background must seamlessly intertwine. The goal in developing the new shop system for the Orthoexpert sub-brand was therefore to combine maximum administrative efficiency with excellent sales performance.

Efficient shop & campaign system for sub-brand.
We designed and programmed a modern, scalable shop system that is directly linked to the customer's CRM and online marketing tools via intelligent interfaces. This deep system integration largely automated the maintenance of products, data, and campaigns, saving the team valuable time in their daily work. This newfound agility in marketing is directly reflected in the numbers: administrative effort noticeably decreased, while the brand's sales continuously increased.
